A bi-weekly podcast for facilitators, by facilitators.

Great facilitators aren’t born, they’re made. As professional facilitators, we know that mastering the art and science of facilitating -- everything from creating safe spaces to crafting positive interactions for participants -- takes practice, commitment and a hunger to always learn more. Join us twice a month as we discuss and share our experiences in the field. We’ll welcome special guests -- some of the best facilitators we know -- who will share their tips, tricks and wisdom. We’ll tackle topics ranging from the practical -- like how to deal with difficult participants to the philosophical -- like how to address issues of inequity in the training room.  Whether you’re a trainer, an educator, or a group leader, this podcast is for you.
